CHANGE YOUR MIND?

No problem!

For any order placed online or in-store, you may return or exchange any product within 7 days in exchange for store credit only, as long as the item is unused, in resalable condition, and returned in its original packaging.

Refunds to the original payment method are not available for change of mind.

You will be responsible for all shipping costs — both the original and return shipping charges.

This also applies to any orders cancelled during transit.

Any order placed online or in-store that is cancelled while being processed will be refunded as store credit only.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Condition

Unused & Unopened: Items must be unused and in their original condition. All tags, labels, and packaging must remain intact.

Defective Items: Any defects must be reported within 7 days of receipt. Defective items will be inspected upon return.

Packaging

Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and promotional items.

Secure Packaging: Returns must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a sturdy box and proper packing materials.

Return Process

Authorisation Required: All returns must be authorised by our customer service team. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to initiate the return process.

Return Label: Must be organised by the returner. Unauthorised returns will be rejected and sent back to the sender.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are non-returnable:

Customised or personalised products

Final sale or clearance items

Installed, modified, or used products

Digital downloads

All deposit payments are strictly non-refundable.
Once a booking is placed and confirmed, and installation date set.  YKINGS4X4 allocates stock, prepares the product, and schedules labour for your installation. Prepare order, unbox the package and assembly start .
For this reason, deposit payments cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

REFUNDS & STORE CREDIT

If you need to cancel an order or request a refund, please note:

Refund Method: Refunds are processed as store credit only.

Credit Amount: Store credit will equal the purchase amount excluding shipping fees.

Processing Time: Store credit will be issued within 7 business days after approval.

Notification: You will receive an email confirmation once your store credit has been applied.

Store Credit Validity: Store credit does not expire and is non-transferable. It can only be used by the original purchaser.

Shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

Please notify us by email at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery.

Provide your order number, photos, and a detailed description of the issue.

For approved claims, we will replace the item or issue store credit.

YKINGS4X4 will cover return shipping costs only for defective or incorrect items.

Note: Once a product has been installed, altered, or modified, it is no longer eligible for return or refund.

ITEM DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

We package all products securely, but if your item arrives damaged:

You have the right to refuse delivery and inform the carrier that you will not accept the parcel.

If you have already accepted the package, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery (before installation).

Provide photos of the packaging and damage by email to [email protected].

YKINGS4X4 will assist with submitting a carrier damage claim.

We cannot process claims for items that have already been installed.

WARRANTY COVERAGE (12 MONTHS)

All YKINGS4X4 products include a 12-month manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

What’s Covered:

Manufacturing defects in parts and components

Faulty assembly or workmanship

What’s Not Covered:

Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidents

Normal wear and tear

Modifications or alterations

Improper installation

Claim Process:

Notify us by email at [email protected] within 30 days of discovering a defect.

Provide proof of purchase and a description of the issue.

You may be required to return the product for inspection (shipping costs may apply).

Resolution Options:

Repair or replacement at YKINGS4X4’s discretion.

No cash refunds – warranty is strictly for repair or replacement.

Limitations:

Warranty applies only to the original purchaser.

Warranty is void if terms are not followed.

Incidental or consequential damages are excluded.

Returns must be delivered Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm.

Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.

YKINGS4X4 is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

INSTALLATION & SERVICE COSTS

All installation, wiring, or labour costs are strictly non-refundable, including when a product is replaced or returned.

If you cancel a booking, any deposit payment made for installation services is non-refundable.

Buyers are responsible for Freight and shipping cost

FINAL NOTES

Returns that do not comply with this policy will not be accepted and may be returned at the buyer’s expense.

YKINGS4X4 reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of use, damage, or unauthorised modification.
