I opted to diy installation myself and I’ll be totally honest. Firstly dealing with Mason was brilliant, esky nice guy and couldn’t be more helpful. I have to say I love the alloy canopy style and the price is as good as you will find.
So let me say the build was pretty straight forward tho the supplied guide was just OK. There was plenty of felt seals supplied and different sizes that you had to work out yourself where to use. There’s also 2 different seals for canopy base, one very sticky and one rubber. You could use either so not vital but a little confusing. There isn’t a video guide which is disappointing. Wiring lights etc you’re pretty much on your own but if you’re worried about electrical then get some help anyway. Also I was unaware of the dip in the MN tub behind the cabin and the canopy is flat so there’s about a 10mm difference for the seal to cover which it just does but I’d suggest a liberal dose of silicon there which is also supplied in the kit. Overall a great canopy at a great price supplied by a great business.
